An initiative is offering more than $1 million for down payment assistance to purchase a primary, owner-occupied residence in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas in the interest of strengthening and restoring neighborhoods.The program offers down payment assistance grants up to $15,000 for eligible new homebuyers who seek to purchase a home in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.
Down payment assistance programs will help families and individual to purchase a home by offering them down payment options. The amount of down-payment assistance will vary depending on the program and purchase price of the property. Income limits do apply and those vary depending on household size. Down-Payment and closing cost assistance is available for eligible homebuyers.
